Hi,
Welcome to the Forum.
That would be Patrick Archer of Cork. The image of the marks is very small, but it appears to be assayed at Dublin in 1966.

I'm with Cheryl - the images aren't appearing for me either. I'm on my desktop PC, using Chrome.
