Help to identify this subject. As I understand, it is Germany, silver 11 lot till 1886. Or I am mistaken?
And I can find nothing about maker.

it is not Flensburg in Germany
but Ripen (dk: Ribe) in Denmark

The maker is Johan Jacob Heinrich Rühle born about 1802 in Magdeburg, ?citizenship Ribe? 5.6.1829 as silverworker, dies in1858. silver for churches in Outrup, Aastrup, Malt kirke, Vejrup, Faaborg, Spandet (1848). Bordsølv, Dragtsølv. Source "Chr. Bøje, Danske Guld og Sølv Smedemaerker før 1870, Bind 2: Købstaederne" page 312, mark 6806.
