Hi Tenti,
Yes Belgium and original, 18th century. The town mark of
Mons (French) or
Bergen (Dutch), being a castle tower together with initials
AE conjoined under a crown for; Archduke Albert & his wife Elizabeth ( Isabella). Year letter 71 under crown for
1771. Maker's mark a flaming heart unfortunately so far unknown.

Hi
Sébastien Tercelin de Joigny has attributed (with reservation) this flaming heart to: Nicolas Jamot
Source: (Le XVIIIe siècle à Mons: siècle d'or et ... d'argent, Mons, 2010, p. 11) by Sébastien Tercelin de Joigny.
