Identifying Marks

I have a small what appears to be a picher. It's 7 inches tall and 1 1/2 inch round. It's very odd looking but I can't download the picture for to see. On the bottom there are 5 marks in sequence.. 1 a head of some kind .2 is a crown in a heart.3 is a 813H mark . 4 is like a cake with three candles. 5 is H7. Then it's inscribed with the dates 24/12/68. I know its not old but is this pitcher/bud vase/ pourer of some kind.. It's quite cool looking.

Sounds like town mark of HÃ¤meenlinna and maker Kultakeskus Oy again. Kultakeskus Oy used two marks in different years, the 'lion laying down' and 'eagle head'. The H7 is 1961 which you probably found already.
