I have a Novelty Type Silver Vest Case - Leather Boot.
Can anyone identify the Markings on it please?

Your vesta has a Chester hallmark for 1894/95 with the maker's mark of Saunders & Shepherd, CS and FS being Cornelius Saunders & Frank Shepherd.
