Help with Br.S mark on open work spoon

Does anyone have any info on the Br.S mark on this spoon?
The spoon is engraved Kristiania, so it's pre 1925.
It seems to be a tea strainer, or is it something else?
(It has a great tapered twisted handle.)

When I hit "Preview" the images were visible.
I'll try a different hosting method.

Hi Ed,
Welcome to the Forum.
Yes, the images were there, but this is why we don't recommend Google images, as they appear to unexpectedly drop out.
As Qrt.S has mentioned,
https://postimages.org (choose 'Share', then copy the 'Hotlink for forums' code) is recommended.

OK, now we are talking. Nevertheless, the mark Br.S. is Norwegian and belongs to either:
Haakon Olaf Schøien, born 1851 and dead 1901, master 1885-1901 in Oslo
or
Gustaf Schøien, born 1854 and dead 1928, master 1885-1928 in Oslo
Norway's capital's old name was Oslo but in 1877 it was renamed to Kristiania. The former name Oslo was "resumed" in 1925.
