Crescent Crown Mark - 800 - w/bird? and fish?

Trying to identify these marks. I have come up with a fish of some sort and bird but can not find anything relating to the marks. Hoping to find the makers of the tea set.

Hi,
Crescent and crown is German guarantee mark for silver, then 800 fineness, the eagle mark could be the manufacturer Bruckmann & Söhne - Heilbronn.See here:

On the other hand, eagle was used by several manufacturers, too. Bruckmann & Söhne are the best candidate.
Sterling was added by somebody else; there is wrong association of terms sterling with solid silver. They are not synonyms, but different standards; in this case it is .800 (80% pure silver in the alloy) versus .925 sterling standard (92.5 % pure silver in the alloy).
