Soviet USSR Enamel Silver Egg - Help Pls!

Hello - hoping for any insights as to the date / maker / assay office for this lovely enamel egg pendant. I know that 960 is the fineness mark but unsure of the other details. I think its 1950s or 60s maybe. Thanks for any help!

It was made in Leningrad Jewelry factory in 1993.

@AG2012 Thanks so much. I'm trying to better educate myself. Are you able to explain a bit more or what each mark means that tells you this. Presumably the little symbol to the left of the 960 is telling you it's Leningrad?
Do you have any resources you can point me to that explain the date lettering! I've been struggling to understand date letters on USSR / post imperial russia pieces.

Assay office of Leningrad: Cyrillic letter L in front of the star.
Date code :3 in front of manufacturer`s initials (factory code).
