Portuguese Silverware Set

Hello Forum,
I recently picked up this Portuguese silverware set and always seem to struggle identifying Portuguese silversmiths.
It's punched with the small work 2nd standard (0.833 fine) mark for Porto, 1938-1984.
From what I can gather, the vendor "Reis, Filhos, Lda." was a well known retailer that employed their own in-house silversmiths (and may have also retailed items made externally). There is a short blog post on the history of the retailer here: https://restosdecoleccao.blogspot.com/2 ... s-lda.html
The silversmith initial appears to be an "A" and there is a circular device below that I cannot make out. Any leads for identifying the silversmith would be greatly appreciated!
