I had posted in the american coin group but have been informed by 1 person that these may be London. Silversmith mark only IL with a star between them. Need help with identification of the smith.

Master's mark IL with a 5 pointed star in the center, in a rectangle with rounded corners, perhaps Irish, Dublin. See I*L, attributed to John Laughlin Senior.
