Fish

I have a large platter. It's beautifully handcrafted, made of silver, but it only has this fish stamp. Can you identify it?

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Doesn't Saalfeld (Thuringia) Germany have a 2-fish hallmark that is similar to this 1-fish hallmark, like a side-profile of a fish jumping out of the water? ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

My gut feeling tells me it's neither a city mark nor a master`s mark. But I don't know what it is either. Maybe some kind of assay mark?

::::::::::: Germany Georg Kramer "Fischland" was thinking maybe but I can't find your hallmark associated with the company yet. :::::::::::::::::
:::::::::::::::::::::::::: Details of the tray might help someone to identify it and also I am curious as to what it looks like ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
