Heinrich & Frau

Any information on this spoon would be appreciated.
There are two marks, unknown to me.
There is also a faint engraving on the back side that makes me assume the spoon is german; either "Heinrich & Frau" or "Heinrick & Frau".
It weighs 25 grams and is 17.9 cm long, and after light polishing it has a fairly nice shine.
