Gold & Emerald Ring Unknown Marks - Help Needed!

Hello,
I am trying to find out where this ring was made. The jeweler who repairs my silver confirmed that it is gold and it is an emerald (not sure if it is a man-made emerald or a natural emerald). He said it is a handmade setting, is likely 14K, with a high copper content - rose gold. Can anyone help with the identification of the two marks? I have looked through the other posts here and have not found anything similar.
