Id Country of Origin and Manufacturer

Hello! I need help identifying the manufacturer and country of origin on a set of salts. They are in a leather box marked Hall & Co. Silversmiths Manchester. Here are photos:

Hello and welcome to the Forum.
Unless stamped elsewhere the salt which is pictured has not been hallmarked at a UK Assay Office and therefore may not be of our standard of silver.
If the salts were made in the UK a suggested manufacturer is Charles Favell & Co of 111 Arundel Street, Sheffield who registered a mark similar to the one shown here at the Sheffield Assay Office in 1901.

Could you let me know what this means? Would these be considered silver (non-sterling), like coin silver or are they considered silver plate? Thank you for your time!

They are silver plated.
