BRACELET marked O'R

Hello Group. I have an amazing nearly 2 ounce bracelet. I am assuming it is European. It is hammered and marked O'R 925 and other marks I can not figure.There is a link to my Picasa with a few views. PLEASE HELP! Thank you!
