Unknown metal vase with makers mark

Please if there is anyone that can help me determine the
Maker and where this case originated from I would
Be very happy and most appreciative. I'm not sure how to post the
Pictures of it and the makers mark on the bottom.
I will say that I have researched for 4 days,on every
Site available with no results. I'm hoping one of the experts
Here will recognize the vase and markings to shed
Some light as to what I have.
