Unidentified 9 out of 10 Hallmark on watch

I wonder if anyone out there woulf be kind enough to identify this hallmark?
It is on the back of a hunter cased pocket watch. The movement and face are marked for Moulinie Geneve.
The two smaller cartouches have initials FM? in one and a small crown in the other. The main cartouche features initials DF below a 9/10 mark, I would be grateful for any ideas?
