Thimble - Sweden or Norway?

Could you help me please to identify this thimble?
Is it Sweden or Norway?

Neither, it is made in Tammisaari/Ekenäs in Finland in 1882 (A4). You can clearly see the Finnish control mark, the crown in a heart shaped frame, in the middle. The maker is ET i.e Erik Edward Timper 1875-1883.

FYI,
Sweden has three crowns and Norway none.
