Chicken or Rooster Head Silver Hallmark ???

Has anyone ever seen this mark?

::::: I've had similar chargers with pseudo-hallmarks that imitated Portuguese and French hallmarks, and every charger turned out to be Hanau Silver ::::: My best guess is that this is a piece of Hanau Silver. ::::::::::

::::::::::::::::::::: If I'm wrong and someone has seen this hallmark before please post because although I have not actually seen this hallmark before I recognize the general style of the charger plate and all the evidence just points me in the direction of Hanau silver. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
